Opal Hospitality saw the full potential of the site based on location and the surrounding market. We wanted to take the site’s existing plans and elevate them further by incorporating Opal Hospitality’s signature lifestyle touch. We envisioned a variety of functional, multi-use spaces that would allow guests to meet all of their needs under one roof.

Opal Hospitality sought to create a unique boutique hotel reflective of St. John’s community culture. We envisioned design elements that reflected the local community, combining class and comfort, to create feelings of warmth and welcome as soon as someone walks into the lobby.
